Domestic Orders:
- Eligible for return within 48 hours from the delivery date.
- No return/cancellation accepted for orders with custom tailoring including fall & edging services.
- 360 Degree UNBOXING video without any edits or cuts is mandatory for any claims of Exchange/Return/refund. Report through email or WhatsApp with the video and images of damaged or wrong product delivered. Claims without proper unboxing video won't be addressed.
- Customers can initiate a return request on the following circumstances: Item is damaged/defective, incorrect item delivered, or not liking the material.
- Refund/Gift Card/Coupon will be issued after receiving the item and approved by our quality assurance team. Gift voucher will contain a coupon code which can be applied during the Checkout/Cart page to adjust with the previously purchased products amount. This Gift Card Code is valid only for 6 Months - post which the code will expire and voided. No refund will be given.
- 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or found defective during dispatch, or in case of no delivery service at your place.
- Raise a return request by sending an email to info@shubhaprada.com or WhatsApp message to 6364546699 with order details and the return reason.
- Product must be in its original condition and folding's with price tags, the silk mark tag if applicable, labels, unstitched or cut, unused for any claims.
- Exchange can be done only ONCE. We will dispatch the exchange product after we receive and accept the original product.
- All refunds will be credited to the same payment mode through which the order was paid. Refund may take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation.
- Shubhaprada reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange, and in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you via Email, WhatsApp, or phone call.
- No refunds will be given for incorrect or outdated delivery address or mobile number, incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address, after 2 failed delivery attempts, package refused by the recipient, sizing issues, and products returned in a used or damaged condition. In case the payment is done and the customer does not reply within 15 days with their delivery address then the item is forfeit.
- On free shipping orders Courier charges for returns will be borne by the customer.
- Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed in original condition. Return pickup will be initiated.
- -Delhivery Pvt Limited is our Courier Partner. In some cases, due to serviceability issues in some areas where Delhivery Pvt Limited does not provide the courier service . Couriers will be sent via DTDC Or Speedpost.for those orders Customers will have courier the sarees by themselves & ship to the below address via speed post or dtdc.

 International Orders:
- As of now, there is no Return/ refund or exchange provided for international orders. For International Orders, we request customers to get in touch with us directly via Whatsapp.
- We will help you out with additional videos, images or through video call if required to address all your concerns and issues.
- We will Triple check for defects and issues before sending International Couriers. We will make sure proper and safe packing is done, to withstand elements of international transport.

Please note : 
- Shubhaprada cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree/accessories after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear. 
- If you have requested falls and peco, and/or saree tassling/ blouse detachment services to your purchased sari, Exchanges are not permitted. 
- All products bought at SALE/DEAL PRICE are not eligible for Exchange.
- For any Paid Order cancellations done by the customer, a "3% PAYMENT GATEWAY" charge will be levied and has to be borne by the customer.
Dispute Resolution:
- In case of any dispute regarding any issues under this Policy, the Customer can contact Shubhaprada at info@shubhaprada.com. However, the decision of Shubhaprada in such cases shall be final and binding. This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Indian IT ACT 2002). The Customer hereby consents subjected to Mysore jurisdiction of Karnataka, India.
- We would like to be as transparent as possible to make your shopping with us a positive experience, on that note, we do not take back our products due to reasons like “I didn’t like after receiving it, the quality is not as expected, it doesnt suit me, etc. If you’re an individual who’s very particular about your selection, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp prior placing your order with us, we can provide additional images and videos to help you.
